The Basics
Austin Green Lease was developed as a socially and environmentally conscious alternative for apartment lease locating in Austin, Texas. It is part of the core philosophy as a business to have a positive impact on the community by promoting socially and environmentally conscious choices while being a resource for the community, not a drain on it. In this practice, we take the agent/client relationship one step further by adding a new dynamic to the relationship which creates the agent/client/community relationship. We consider it our fiduciary duty to serve the client and the community simultaneously.
